We collect personal data only when you actively provide it to us or when it is technically necessary for operating this website.
Server logs — our hosting provider automatically records standard server log data (IP address, browser type, referring URL, date and time of access). This data is used solely for security and operational purposes and is not linked to your identity.
Contact form — when you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message.
Pitch application form — when you submit a pitch deck via the Apply page we collect your name, email address, company name, and any other information you include in your submission.
LP inquiry form — when you submit a limited partner inquiry we collect your name, email address, and any information you provide about your investment interest.

We process your personal data on the following legal bases under the GDPR:
Art. 6(1)(b) — processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract or to fulfil a contract with you (e.g. responding to a pitch deck submission or investor enquiry).
Art. 6(1)(f) — processing is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests in operating and securing this website and communicating with visitors.
Art. 6(1)(a) — where you have given your explicit consent, for example if you sign up to receive updates from us.
4. How We Use Your Data
We use the information you provide to:
• Respond to your enquiries and messages
• Review and follow up on pitch deck submissions
• Process and respond to LP enquiries
• Communicate with angel network members and prospective members
• Maintain the security and performance of our website
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use the following third-party processors who handle personal data on our behalf:

This website uses only technically necessary cookies. We do not use advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies. Technically necessary cookies are required for the website to function correctly (e.g. session handling, security tokens) and do not require your consent under Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive.

We retain contact form, pitch application, and LP inquiry data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Server log data is retained for a maximum of 30 days. Where we are legally required to retain records (e.g. under commercial or tax law), we will store data for the statutory retention period and delete it thereafter.
