Formerly managing clinical research as CEO of a clinical research site network in Germany, Ole has recently moved to the holding of the company where he drives its strategy. Throughout the last years he has been working on the digitization of clinical research being involved in industry initiatives. His current focus is on digital diagnostics and the development of digital endpoints. He also mentors digital health start-ups at Startup Creasphere. Ole holds a diploma in business administration and a Ph.D. in Organization from the University of Mannheim
